Choosing an advisor
What should I do if I disagree with my adviser’s shortlist?
Ask for the selection criteria and the evidence behind exclusions. Bring alternatives with a clear explanation of why they may fit. The disagreement may reveal missing information, a commercial limit or different priorities. Resolve the reasoning before more applications or deposits. A useful adviser should be able to revise a view when the evidence changes.
